Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Who is responsible
The controller of the data you give us on this website is [COMPANY NAME] (Cleverae), tax ID [TAX ID], registered office at [ADDRESS]. For any question about your data, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
What data we collect
Only what you give us when you send one of the two forms on the website:
- Assessment: name, email and, if you add it, company; plus your answers to the assessment and the result.
- Demo: name, email and, if you add them, company, job title and approximate number of people per project.
What is added when you send a form
Along with the form we store the language of the page, whether you came in through the Spanish or the English site, the date and, if you arrived from a campaign link (for example, a LinkedIn post), the parameters of that link that show which campaign you came from. We do not store your IP address with the form; the hosting platform does log connections to the website, including the IP, for security and for a limited time.
What we use it for, and on what legal basis
- To send you the assessment report you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, given when you ask for it.
- To contact you to arrange the demo you requested. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
- To contact you about CleverGram in relation to your assessment or request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up with people interested in the product; you can object at any time.
- To know which posts and campaigns bring in contacts, using the parameters of the link you arrived from. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our communication.
- To measure visits coming from LinkedIn with its tag, only if you accept cookies. Legal basis: your consent (see the cookie policy).
How long we keep it
Two years from our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. After that we delete it, or keep it blocked only for as long as the law requires.
Who else processes it
We do not sell your data. Microsoft (Azure) processes it on our behalf, as processor: it hosts the website, stores the forms and sends the emails, in data centres in the European Union.
Only if you accept cookies, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company collects data about your visit through its measurement tag. LinkedIn is joint controller with us for that processing and also uses the data for its own purposes, explained in its privacy policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Microsoft and LinkedIn belong to groups based in the United States and may access data from there. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as an adequate safeguard.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, for portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] saying which right you want to exercise.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website only works over an encrypted connection, and access to the stored forms is restricted to the Cleverae people who handle them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
